**Refund policy**
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or dented cans or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances.

Please note that Uchie does not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances for the exception of returned deliveries for insufficient addresses or damage that occurred during transit.

**Damaged Deliveries**
For any cans that arrive damaged, we will:
* Replace the quantity of damaged cans(if more than 3 cans), or
* Issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the damaged cans.(if less than 3 cans) 
* Please note, we cannot send singular cans in the event that less than 3 cans have been damaged. In this case, we will provide a partial refund, or future credit.

**Missing Deliveries**
In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as "delivered," as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us, and we will work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.
