Order Processing and Delivery We process all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation during our business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST). Please note that orders placed during special promotions or holidays may require additional processing time, and we do not process or ship orders on national holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs When you place your order, you'll select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We display all shipping and handling charges before you complete your purchase, with costs varying based on your selected products and shipping method.

Order Protection Your order's safety is important to us. Once we transfer your products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.
